Bob Began his career with Complete Stone and
Tile Services in 1995. He Came to us from a background of consumer
sales having worked for Hunt-Wesson foods and Amstar corporation.
Together Bob and Phil have worked closely to establish Complete
Stone and Tile Services as a provider of quality service to a very
demanding customer base

Bobby has been in the stone industry for over 13 years. He has a strong background in both stone care as a master craftsman but also construction where is he held a position of construction superintendant and specialty services. He works especially well with property managers and engineering on projects where others before him have failed to solve the problem. He approaches all jobs with one thought of the task at hand and that’s doing it the right way. He is a exceptional problem solver in the field. Bobby is also Certified installer for ICPI

Chris started with Complete Stone in August of 2004 after graduating from Belmont Abbey College with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Sports Management. Chris has quickly accumulated in the field experience during his tenure with complete stone in water-proofing, stone restoration, tile repairs, grout repairs, and also general stone maintenance. While attending college Chris gained invaluable experience in sales and customer service. Chris is a dedicated Account Manager in downtown Charlotte Facilities who oversees maintenance, customer service, and job related issues. He meets weekly with Building Management to ensure that they are fully satisfied with the highest quality work they are receiving.
