Philip Calabritto

President & Technical Consultant

Phil Has been in the stone and restoration business for over 25 years. His services have been utilized by companies world wide in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe, Japan, Korea, China.

He has developed and worked in partnership with many different companies in new methods of restoration, maintenance, training, equipment, techniques in the maintenance and restoration of stone. As well as been a respected and recognized expert in the field assisting individuals, Insurance companies, janitorial firms, other restoration companies, manufactures and suppliers.

During the 1980’s Mr. Calabritto has authored many articles and interviews with publications dealing with the restoration and maintenance of stone.

Bob Young

VP Sales / Customer Relations

Bob Began his career with Complete Stone and Tile Services in 1995. He Came to us from a background of consumer sales having worked for Hunt-Wesson foods and Amstar corporation. Together Bob and Phil have worked closely to establish Complete Stone and Tile Services as a provider of quality service to a very demanding customer base

Scott Calabritto

General manager

Has been in the stone restoration and maintenance business for over 20 years. During his career he has worked in commercial settings throughout the United States and Canada. During this time he has restored and maintained millions of square feet of natural stone. He is a Master Craftsman in this field with a working knowledge of stone and it’s unique properties and requirements. He has worked closely throughout the years and developed strong working relationships with a majority of the restoration and maintenance industry suppliers. Including performing in field testing and critiquing of their products and equipment. Helping to develop new procedures and techniques many of which are now considered today’s standards.

Bobby Nance

General Manager

Bobby has been in the stone industry for over 13 years. He has a strong background in both stone care as a master craftsman but also construction where is he held a position of construction superintendant and specialty services. He works especially well with property managers and engineering on projects where others before him have failed to solve the problem. He approaches all jobs with one thought of the task at hand and that’s doing it the right way. He is a exceptional problem solver in the field. Bobby is also Certified installer for ICPI

Lee Haggist

Training manager and special projects manager

Lee is a Master craftsman of stone care with over 20 years experience in various aspects of the stone industry from installations to restorations and special services lee can do it all. He has travelled across the nation doing projects of all sizes and was account manager on the stone restoration of the South Carolina State Capitol Building. Lee has trained many of our technicians over the years and continues today to be our lead trainer ensuring that our technicians have the skills needed for any project. He currently still personally maintains high profile and difficult jobs such as Bank of America corporate Executive level floors and the crown club. All our technicians know that any problem they encounter on a job site lee is only a call away

Chad Nance

Account Manager

Chad started as a trainee in the stone maintenance field while in high school and worked as a technician while obtaining his BA in business management with a focus in organizational leadership from Brevard University . For the past three years has been in the position of account manager and lead craftsman in large class A facilities and campuses. Chad is a great communicator that has an eye for detail during his nightly inspections. Chad is a great asset to our organization.

Kyle Pritchard

Account Supervisor

Kyle has been in the stone industry for over 15 years and cared for stone across the nation in some of the most prestigious buildings in America such as renaissance towers in Detroit and the restoration of the South Carolina State Capitol Building . He is a master craftsman in the stone industry. Kyle is detailed oriented and a solid team leader. He communicates well with both facility and management. He is solid in his knowledge of stone care and problem solving there is not any stone job he can not accomplish well.

Chris Knight

Account Manager

Chris started with Complete Stone in August of 2004 after graduating from Belmont Abbey College with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Sports Management. Chris has quickly accumulated in the field experience during his tenure with complete stone in water-proofing, stone restoration, tile repairs, grout repairs, and also general stone maintenance. While attending college Chris gained invaluable experience in sales and customer service. Chris is a dedicated Account Manager in downtown Charlotte Facilities who oversees maintenance, customer service, and job related issues. He meets weekly with Building Management to ensure that they are fully satisfied with the highest quality work they are receiving.
